If there is one thing that sets Whiskey Blue apart from other bars in New Orleans it is their extensive whiskey and scotch menu.
Whiskey Blue in the W Hotel has recently expanded their menu and currently have over 85 different whiskeys, bourbons and blended or single malt scotches. Not only are they the only bar in the city to carry the Johnnie Walker King George V, they are also the only bar in the state of Louisiana to carry John Walker and Sons Odyssey, going for $150 and $230 a shot respectively. Some other notable whiskies are the Hirsch 20 year, Pappy Van Winkle 23 year, Stagg Jr., and three different types from the Woodford Reserve Master Collection.
