According to PRNewswire, Ultimat, one of the world’s most distinctive vodkas, gives the “All Work/No Play” adage a shot in the arm with the launch of The Social Life Audit, a first-of-its-kind app that examines Facebook profiles to form a detailed analysis about one’s actual social life. The Social Life Audit is an extension of Ultimat’s “Find Balance, Find Ultimat” campaign, which takes an irreverent look at the social lives—or lack thereof—of hardworking professionals. It launches today at www.sociallifeaudit.com.

“Every day, people are making judgments about your social life based on your Facebook profile,” said Paul Aaron, director of Interactive at Amalgamated, the agency behind the campaign. “We set out to turn that natural behavior into something fun and shareable using the latest and greatest technology.”

The Social Life Audit uses Face.com’s facial recognition API and access to the network’s database of over 2.5 million bars, restaurants and nightclubs to analyze an individual’s Facebook photos and Facebook Places check-ins. The program then scores these social life assets, giving a pass/fail grade depending on the score. Personalized infographics further illustrate the scoring system, using categories such as “Gender Ratio,” “Average Mood” and “Social Status.” The app also suggests local activities to help “improve” one’s score.

Curious users can compare and share their scores with those of their Facebook friends. A leader board ranks Social Life Audit performances of Facebook users across the country. The process takes less than thirty seconds and the results can be surprising.

“Customers tell us they are working harder than ever these days and are finding it increasingly difficult to balance their work and personal lives,” said Jennifer Long, brand director, Patron Spirits Company. “We created The Social Life Audit app to provide consumers with a fun, interactive look at how their social lives compare to others while suggesting local bars and restaurants where they can relax with friends and work toward achieving more balance in their lives.”
