TITO’S VODKA LANDS NEW DISTRIBUTOR IN FRANCE

Tito’s Handmade Vodka, America’s original craft vodka, has on boarded LMDW Distribution as its new distributor throughout France for both on and off trade.

Tito’s Handmade Vodka, a Texas based company, is one of the fastest growing micro distilleries in the United States. Tito’s Handmade Vodka received early recognition when Tito’s earned the Unanimous Double Gold Medal at the World Spirits Competition in 2001 over 71 other vodkas, including established and more expensive brands. Tito’s Handmade Vodka has also been awarded 95 points by Wine Enthusiast and was recognized with the “UCC Chairman’s Trophy” for World’s Best Vodka Tonic at the 2010 Ultimate Cocktail Challenge. Tito’s Handmade Vodka has also been named the 2014 Spirit Brand/Distiller of the Year by Wine Enthusiast’s Wine Star Awards.

“We are extremely excited to continue offering Tito’s Handmade Vodka to the French market, and are proud to partner with our new distributor, LMDW Distribution,” said Bert “Tito” Beveridge, Founder and Master Distiller.

Tito’s Handmade Vodka is made from 100% corn, giving it a sweeter, rounder flavour than vodkas made from wheat and potatoes. The brand has seen strong sales growth in the US, driven mainly by word-of-mouth recommendations from consumers who enjoy the smooth flavour of the six time distilled spirit. Today the brand is sold within the United States, the United Kingdom, and throughout Europe and Asia, as well as through United Airlines and American Airlines.

“We are delighted to be working with Tito’s Handmade Vodka as they have such a unique brand. It is exciting to bring Tito’s Handmade Vodka to France,” said Thierry Benitah, CEO of LMDW Distribution.

Tito’s Handmade Vodka has an ABV of 40% and is available to consumers in France as a 70CL bottle.
