Tippy Cow does not need to be refrigerated. The real Wisconsin dairy cream has been homogenized and the alcohol acts as the perfect preservative. An unopened bottle of Tippy Cow can last for 2 years if stored at moderate room temperature (50-75 ° F). Once opened Tippy Cow can remain at room temperature and will keep its great taste for over 6 months, but let’s be real, it won’t last that long. Tippy Cow has also been certified as Gluten free
