Crown Maple, based in Dutchess County, New York, producers of one of the purest maple syrups available today (as a result of an innovative filtration process) has just launched a new line of 750 mL bottles in Grade A Dark Amber and Grade B Extra Dark maple syrup, specifically designed for the beverage and food professional.

Considering the growing demand and use of maple flavoring in the industry, Crown Maple has taken the lead in introducing a product targeted to chefs and bartenders. The sleek bottle is designed to fit conveniently behind the bar or on the refrigerator shelf. Pamela Wiznitzer, president of the New York USBG chapter, stated “Maple is an unexpected ingredient in cocktails, offering an interesting dimension of flavor to the experience. As a pure maple syrup, Crown Maple is a great addition to a back bar because it packs more depth than sugar-based simple syrup.”

The new offering is available in select markets and online at an SRP of $27.95.
