Reserva de la Familia released a limited edition bottle on November 12th at NYC’s legendary Electric Lady Studios titled “The Rolling Stones Collectors’ Edition.” The event was hosted by famed photographer, Bob Gruen and Carol Klefner, a former publicist of the Stones who was at the band’s beck and call and spent countless nights back stage during the famous Tequila Sunrise Tour of 1972.

Members of the media enjoyed the extra anejo Reserva de la Familia tequila neat while listening to Bob and Carol share their memories from what was widely heralded as the greatest party of all time.

Reserva de la Familia celebrates the glitz and glamour of the tour and represents the luxury lifestyle that touched the Stones’ everyday lives – from first class flights on their private jet to Mick’s 29th birthday at the St. Regis Rooftop on the last day of their tour.

This release celebrates the pivotal role Jose Cuervo played in fueling The Rolling Stones’ infamous 1972 North American tour, which was dubbed the ‘Tequila SunriseTour’.
