On Friday, September 30th, Pernod Ricard USA dazzled over 800 guests at the 5th annual New York Wine & Food Festival’s Sweet event. Taking place on Mercer Street in New York City, attendees sipped Kahlua and Absolut cocktails, were introduced to Becherovka, enjoyed Chivas and The Glenlivet Scotches and skipped Jacob’s Creek, Brancott, Campo Viejo wines, Sandeman port and Perrier Jouet Champagne. Notable guests included The Food Network’s Sandra Lee, event host, and Guy Fieri as well as Governor Andrew Cuomo.
Throughout the weekend, Pernod Ricard USA’s Irish brands portfolio—Jameson, Redbreast, Powers and Paddy’s—and Kahlua were featured at the Grand Tasting event. Thousands of industry stars and consumers tasted the new Kahlua Cinnamon Spice and were reminded of Kahlua Peppermint Mocha which is making a return for the holiday season.
