Spike TV’s hit reality series “Bar Rescue” starring Jon Taffer will return for a second year to the 2013 Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show (www.ncbshow.com <http://www.ncbshow.com/> ), America’s biggest and most important bar, nightclub and beverage event of the year.  The popular TV show will offer four recommended sessions, designed to deliver business-changing revelations seen “Bar Rescue” and bring them live to attendees throughout the conference.  With a ten percent increase overall in conference sessions and 40 new speakers, the conference offers the opportunity for attendees to learn from the best in the industry while keeping up with current trends and gaining the tools needed to continuously improve their venues profitability.

The Nightclub & Bar Show will debut three keynote addresses in 2013. A highlight of the convention will be Nightclub & Bar Media Group President and star of Spike TV’s Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer keynote “Anatomy of a Rescue” on Thursday, March 21 at 11:00 a.m. An expert on failure and turning success into a gold mine, Jon Taffer’s keynote will give attendees the tools he uses to look at why establishments are failing, and the telltale signs that every owner and operator needs to be able to recognize before plummeting into financial disaster.

“Bar Rescue” will bring several of its featured experts to the NCB Show to teach attendees tricks of the trade among other valuable tips for the nightclub, bar and restaurant industry. In addition, back of house tours and workshops are back for attendees, with a new and exciting Social Media Track added to the schedule.

The four Spike TV “Bar Rescue” recommended sessions at the 2013 NCB Show include:

  • On Tuesday, March 19, Spike TV’s “Bar Rescue” Chef Expert and President & Consultant of CBD Solutions, Brian Duffy, will give attendees the inside track on “Running a Highly Profitable Bar Food Program.”
  • On Tuesday, March 19, Elayne Duff an expert featured on Spike TV’s “Bar Rescue” and Mixologist/Ambassador to Diageo’s Luxury Brand Division speaks on “10 Things to Do Behind the Bar to Make More Money.”
  • On Wednesday, March 20, Nancy Hadley, an expert featured on Spike TV’s “Bar Rescue” and President of Nancy Hadley Fine Art & Consulting will discuss “Creative Design Ideas for Enhanced Customer Experience and Profits.”

·         On Thursday, March 21, Vice President and General Manager of SinglePlatform, Constant Contact, Wiley Cerilli will talk to attendees in the new Social Media Track on “Consumers Are Searching: Will They Find Your Business?”

All Nightclub & Bar Show attendees are invited to the “Bar Rescue” Happy Hour event at LAVO at the Palazzo on Tuesday March 19 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.  At the event, sponsored by Spike TV and “Bar Rescue” attendees will have the opportunity to meet Jon Taffer and enjoy passed hors d’ouevres and drink specials.
