The amber colored beer specialty features a delightful and characteristic taste just right for the Holiday season: the bold flavors of slowly roasted amber malt – accentuated with underlying notes of honey and plums – are well balanced with a gentle hop bitterness.
Like all Lammsbräu beers, Organic Winter Spezial is naturally carbonated and brewed with pristine mineral water from the brewery’s own deep well. The beer’s malt is crafted in Lammsbräu’s own malt house from barley locally grown by organic family farms. And the hops used in Organic Winter Spezial are of highest quality: Lammsbräu exclusively uses whole flowers of organic noble hops, grown in Bavaria’s Hersbruck region.
Lammsbräu Organic Winter Spezial is certified organic, vegan, free of GMOs and naturally brewed in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. The product comes in European style 16.1 fl oz / 500ml single bottles.
