Bar Business Magazine sat in on a tasting of Jose Cuervo’s latest creation, Tradicional Silver. Currently it is only available in Mexico, but it will be released in the United States in 2011. The Tradicional Silver, as with all of the tequila produced by Jose Cuervo, is made from 100% Agave.
The Tradicional Silver is a clear spirit with an herbaceous aroma, a sweet and fruity flavor, and a smooth crisp finish.
The other Jose Cuervo bottles included in the tasting were the Jose Cuervo Reposado, the Jose Cuervo Platino, and the Jose Cuervo Reserva de la Familia.
