A group of lucky NASCAR fans received a permanent reminder of their trip to the Talladega Superspeedway this past weekend, in the form of free tattoos from Jeremiah Weed Flavored Malt Beverages.

NASCAR Championship contender Matt Kenseth, who is now in 2nd place in the Chase standings, and the flavored malt beverage maker teamed up to offer free permanent tattoos to race fans for a good cause. Fans could choose from a number of designs including Matt’s signature, a number 17 or a Jeremiah Weed Lightening Lemonade can. When all was done, 17 adult fans got tatted up to show their loyalty, including Kenseth’s spotter Mike Calinoff.

“Jeremiah Weed is a brand committed to responsibly celebrating the badass in us all, so we wanted to provide both our adult consumers and fans of Matt Kenseth with a truly unique experience,” said Heather Boyd, Brand Director, Jeremiah Weed. “Attending a race at one of the most legendary tracks in motorsports and receiving a free tattoo is something those participating will never forget!”

Jeremiah Weed was so inspired by the turnout that they will increase their donation of $100 for every tattoo inked to an overall sum of $5,000 to The Air Force Enlisted Village charity, which is committed to providing safe, secure and dignified homes for indigent surviving spouses of retired Air Force personnel. Historically, many members of the Air Force have enjoyed toasting with Jeremiah Weed after returning safely from their missions.
