On Thursday, November 3rd, celebrity scotch enthusiast Penn Badgley attended the opening of the Chivas 1801 Club in New York City. A posh West Village townhouse was converted into a scotch sanctuary for Chivas Brotherhood and Thrillist members to play poker, shoot pool and of course, taste and learn about the brand. Global Chivas Ambassador, Max Warner, and New York Chivas Brand Ambassador, Peter Carras, guided guests through a tasting of the notes found in the delicious blended scotch and also showcased a variety of cocktails with a Chivas base. In the Mixology room, guests were welcome to tinker around and create their own signature cocktails using a variety of mixers and Chivas.
