¾ oz lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
1 oz fresh strawberry puree
Preparation:
Combine Zacapa Rum 23, lime juice, simple syrup, and strawberry puree into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball glass.
