Whiskey Sour

Balvanie Whiskey SourIngredients:
1 Part Lemon (If you don’t have fresh, you can use frozen from grocery store)
Sugar
¾ Part Ancho Reyes Liqueur
1 Part Balvenie DoubleWood 12 Year Old Whiskey
1 Part Balvenie Weak of Peat
1 Egg White (Optional)
Garnish (Angostura bitters)

Directions:
Add all ingredients (except egg) to shake with ice. If using an egg, separately shake briefly without ice first, then combine and shake with Ice and. Place in a Champagne Flute or Coupe. Add garnish.
