Ingredients:
45ml Heaven’s Door Tennessee Straight Bourbon
20ml lemon juice
20ml simple syrup
6-8 mint leaves
Directions:
Muddle lemon juice, some mint and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add Heaven’s Door whiskey and ice, shake well. Pour into a rocks glass over mint and ice cubes. Top with remaining mint.
