Ingredients:
1.5 oz Patrón Silver
.75oz Grapefruit Juice
.5oz Giffard Pamplemousse Liqueur
.5oz Watermelon juice, fresh squeezed, no pulp
.25oz Cucumber juice, fresh squeezed, no pulp
.25oz Lime juice
.25oz Agave syrup
.25oz Jalapeño shrub
2-3 dashes Grapefruit bitters
2-3 dashes Smoked chili bitters
Top with grapefruit soda or grapefruit IPA
Grapefruit salt-berbere rim*
Half slice of charred grapefruit and a skewer of cucumber cube and watermelon cube for garnish
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake to combine. Rim glass with grapefruit salt-berbere mixture. Strain over crushed ice in a highball glass. Top with grapefruit soda or grapefruit IPA. Garnish with a half slice of charred grapefruit and a skewer of cucumber cube and watermelon cube.
