Ingredients:
50 ml Pure Scot Virgin Oak
10 ml orgeat
15 ml grapefruit juice
10 ml fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Shake and double strain into Champagne flute or small cocktail glass, top with a splash of soda and garnish with grapefruit peel.
