In that vein, Kimura recently interviewed 37 different restaurant professionals to find out what the three most common mistakes are when starting a restaurant.

The feedback was provided by owner/operators, consultants, lawyers, brokers and real estate professionals, and Kimura was fortunate enough to talk to top professionals such as Brian Duffy from Spike TV’s Bar Rescue, as well as Howard Canon who wrote How to Start a Restaurant for Dummies.
