AMI Updates BarLink, Tap TV, Operator Support

AMI Entertainment Network recently released updates for its AMI BarLink mobile app, as well as support for its Tap TV product and Operator website.

AMI’s BarLink mobile app users now can view Top Local Music Video plays making it easier for them to choose the venue’s favorites. Operators should contact their AMI Sales Rep to get their jukeboxes enabled for music videos. Plus, AMI BarLink users now can add up to $20 per transaction to their AMI BarLink wallet. The new BarLink limit now matches the highest amount patrons can buy credits with on jukeboxes.

On the Tap TV front, AMI added support for the IRIS Server Connectivity Troubleshooting. A new indicator has been added to the Network Status screen within the Tap TV config screens on the TV to help diagnose firewall issues affecting this connection.

A few updates also were made to the AMI operator website. When logged in to the site, existing Operator Assistant and Location Manager users will see an alert prompting them to review and confirm their email addresses. New Operator Assistant and Location Manager users will be prompted to review and confirm their email addresses upon first login.
