Attendees at the Nightclub & Bar Show, June 28-30 in Las Vegas, will be the first to try the new flavor and after the show, the breezy new blend will be available for a limited time while supplies last via distributors and online at The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley.

Tuesday June 29

Fuego
1 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed
1 ½ oz. Tequila Cazadores Reposado
½ oz. agave nectar
½ oz. fresh lime juice
ginger beer

Method: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice minus ginger beer. Shake, strain and serve in a cocktail glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with mint and an orange slice.

Yuzu Fizz
2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
½ oz. fresh lime juice
2 sprigs, mint
2 oz. club soda

Method: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, minus club soda. Shake, strain and serve in a cocktail glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wedge and mint.

Wednesday 6/30

Off to the Races
1 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple, thawed
1 1/2 oz. bourbon
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
4 oz. ginger beer
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, minus ginger beer. Shake, strain and serve in a cocktail glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with mint.

Peachy Palmer
1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Peach Ginger blend, thawed
3 oz., sweet ice tea
2 oz. lemonade
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
Pinch white pepper

Method: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, strain and serve in a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon and orange slices.
