Ingredients:
2 ounces bourbon whiskey
1/2-ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2-ounce Buzz + Bloom Orange Blossom Honey
1 teaspoon finely grated ginger
2 – 3 ounces ginger beer
lime slices for garnish
Directions:
Combine bourbon, lime juice, honey, and grated ginger in an ice-filled shaker and shake one minute. Strain over ice in a rocks glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime
