Ingredients:
1½ oz Irish Whiskey
½ oz Nola Coffee Liqueur
2 oz Cold Brew
Branca Menta Whipped Cream:
½ oz Branca Menta
¼ oz almond syrup
¼ oz agave
¼ cup heavy cream
Hand shaken – consistency should be loose enough to pour, but firm enough to stay on top of drink
Directions:
Add Irish whiskey, Nola coffee liqueur and cold brew in a glass, fill with ice, shake and strain into large coupe. In large coupe, add 2 oz Branca Menta whipped cream and garnish with fresh mint sprig.
