Haunted Zacapa

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Zacapa 23 Rum
1/4 oz Morris Kitchen Ginger Spice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Apple Cider
1/2 oz Italian Amaro
Rinse of Absinthe
Apple Slices and Cinnamon for Garnish

Directions:
Pour a very small amount of Absinthe or Anisette into a cocktail or coupe glass. Carefully tilt the glass and roll liquid around so that it coats the interior of the glass. Pour out remaining liquid. In a cocktail shaker, add apple cider, lemon juice, amaro, Morris Kitchen Ginger Spice, and Zacapa Rum. Then add ice, cover and shake for about 20 seconds. Pour the shaken ingredients through the cocktail strainer into glass and garnish with cinnamon dusted apple slices.
