1.5 oz vodka
4 muddled blackberries with 5 fresh mint leaves
2 pumps lavender syrup (can be made, or purchased – Torini is commonly used brand)
Muddle blackberries with mint in shaker. Add lavender syrup as you are muddling. Add vodka and ice. Shake vigorously and pour contents into a mason jar. Top off with champagne (1 inch). Garnish with fresh mint .
