Master the Emerging Trends at the 2018 International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York

Sourcing Opportunities

New for the 2018 event will be the Pubware and Equipment Pavilion, which will feature everything from glassware to taps and much more from companies including SeaBreeze, Harbortouch, CMA Dishmachines, Sunkist Foodservice Equipment, S-Tap, Precision Pours, Bbot Robotics, MicroFridge and others.  The new pavilion complements the existing Pub Pavilion featuring craft beers and other alcoholic beverages.

In addition, there will be several expanded areas including the Food Trends Experience, the place to see, taste, discover and learn about the new culinary innovations and trends; the
Taste NY & Craft Beverage Showcase where attendees can preview local products from New York farms and growers; the new Healthy Pavilion featuring the latest in gluten free, organic and more; as well as international product sourcing opportunities.

Special Events and Education

The Center Stage brings the latest food trends to life — live on stage. This year will feature celebrity chef demonstrations, a new mixology face-off, and the returning Rapid Fire Challenge, with a new theme – March Madness: A Meatball Competition. The Education Program also returns this year with 40+ sessions across four tracks including Marketing and Social Media, Operational Excellence, Hot Trends, and Building Winning Teams.
