1.5 oz Ron Barceló Añejo
.5 oz Demerara syrup
.5 oz pumpkin purée
4 oz hot coffee
Directions:
Build all ingredients in an Irish coffee glass. Top with unsweetened whipped cream. Garnish with star anise.
