Ingredients:
1.5 ounces Barceló Platinum
.75 lime juice
.25 pineapple
.5 simple syrup
.25 passion fruit purée
Pinch salt
Thin pineapple wheel
Method:
Line a rocks glass with half-moon pine slice and add ice. Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with a thin pineapple wheel.
