Ingredients:
1 oz. FEW Breakfast Gin
.5 oz. St. George Raspberry Liqueur
.75 oz. Lime juice
.5 oz. Vanilla Syrup*
1 Egg white
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Raspberry

Ingredients:
2 oz. Vanilla bean paste
3 cups Cane sugar
3 cups Water
Directions: Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Let cool completely and store in the refrigerator.
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake (without ice). Open the shaker, fill with ice, and shake again. Strain into one half of the shaker, discard the ice, and shake again (without ice). Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a raspberry on a cocktail pick.
