White & Dark Chocolate Albury Flips

White Chocolate Albury Flip

Ingredients:

  • 20ml Silent Pool Gin
  • 20ml Mozart White chocolate liqueur
  • 20ml liqueur 43
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • 1 whole egg.

Method:

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with out ice. Then add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupette glass and grate Tonka bean on top.

Dark Chocolate Albury Flip

Ingredients:

  • 40ml silent pool
  • 20ml Mozart dark
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
  • 1 whole egg

Method:

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with out ice. Then add ice and shake again. Strain into coupette glass and grate nutmeg and dark chocolate on top.
